With GREAT sadness I want to tell you that Corkie has now gone on to the Rainbow Bridge.  I get SO mad when I think of her former guardians.  WHY did they turn her out on the street instead of taking her to the vet and being there with her as she slipped off to the Rainbow Bridge?  Judy and I did yesterday what they didn't have the nerve to do.  We gave her a few good weeks before she passed on.  How could we do anything less for her?  She was such a sweet little girl.  I only wish for one of two things....that I could have had more time with her or that her former guardians could have had the nerve to send her off to the Bridge with them there holding her and telling her they loved her as I did for her as she slipped off to the Bridge.  I never will understand some people!
