This little cutie is Dinker. The picture above was taken at 7 Bells Sanctuary while he was still waiting for his furever home....US! This little guy was born in December of 2007 and he's already had a rough life! He was an "owner surrender" to 7 Bells Sanctuary. The folks who had him before decided they couldn't take care of him. We are SO lucky they called 7 Bells Sanctuary! Anyway, not too long after he came to 7 Bells Sanctuary he came down with parvo!!!! Not many puppies survive parvo. As you can see from the picture above (and below) he survived quite well. His survival is thanks to God, first of all. And, second to Grandma Judy (she is the "head honcho" of 7 Bells Sanctuary). Grandma Judy put alot of time and heart into his care while he was so sick. We owe her a HUGE debt of gratitude!
You will see another little Dachshund in the first picture below. That is Halo. She is his littermate and came into 7 Bells Sanctuary with Dinker. She has the most beautiful blue eyes! She now has her furever home too!
