Our hearts are breaking. We had to help my "Big Buddy", Cutter, to the Rainbow Bridge today. He had simply gotten so weak and so sick that we could not let him suffer any longer. He had not eaten a bite (and he did so love to eat) for five days. He has only been gone a few hours and we miss him SO much already. Words are beyond me right now. All I can do is cry. I do know that we had to do this for him. He had ceased struggling to live and was struggling to die. As our last act of love to him, my husband and I helped him end his struggle. How could we do anything less for one who had given us so much love? For now, this page will be filled with my favorite pictures of him.

We love you so much Buddy and we miss you terribly........

This picture to the right was taken August 3, 2001. Cutter was already quite sick at this time. He had lost LOTS of weight as you can see by his collar "hanging" around his neck.

 

We have received MANY cards and notes and such from folks that we don't even know! Thank you all SO much! It helps us a GREAT deal to know that the internet community of animal lovers care SO much about people and babies that they had never even met.
